Live a life that's still fully yours.
Have you been diagnosed with a neurological condition and aren't sure what comes next?
Are you trying to make sense of what this diagnosis means for your future?
Do you wish you had a clear plan for moving forward?
Wondering how to keep living the life you love?
_________
Live Able Collective provides evidence-based health and wellbeing coaching for people living with neurological conditions who want a clear, practical plan for moving forward.
Together, we'll build a personalized roadmap grounded in neuroscience, healthy lifestyle practices, and meaningful reflection so you can make confident decisions, navigate challenges, and continue living a life that's fully yours.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership. Rather than telling you what to do, I'll help you understand what's happening, discover what works best for your life, and build the confidence to make sustainable changes long after our work together ends.
The goal is for you to leave feeling knowledgeable, empowered, and equipped to confidently manage your health for years to come.

I'm Amy, a licensed physical therapist with over 17 years of experience in neurologic clinical care, including running my own practice. My background in physical therapy has taught me so much about clinical care, but it also showed me the huge gap in care and support that I believe everyone living with a neurological illness deserves. I recognized that many people continue asking important questions long after formal rehabilitation ends: "What do I do now?" "How do I keep moving forward?" "How do I build a meaningful life with this diagnosis?" Live Able Collective is meant to connect the dots between your medical care and your everyday life.
I help people living with neurological conditions move from uncertainty to confidence by combining neuroscience, movement, healthy lifestyle practices, and compassionate coaching. Together, we'll create a practical roadmap that helps you reconnect with your strengths, trust your body's ability to adapt, and continue building a life that's meaningful, joyful, and fully yours.
